Another weekend, and a big day to experiment with food. Watch lot of programs related to food today and then prepared my self-designed dish. It flavored delicious and takes very less time.

Mixed Veg Delight
Recipe: Time to cook: 15 min | Serves 1
Ingredients – carrot (1 pc chopped), tomato(1 pc chopped), egg-plant (1 pc), ginger (1/2 inch crushed), garlic (4 flakes), salt, green chilly chopped, red chilly powder, coriander power and leaves, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, cumin seeds and any green vegetable you would like to add, I used peas.
method – Heat some oil in a pan and put ginger-garlic, add chopped vegetables and after few minutes say 2-3, add all the spices and close the lid of pan for 7-10 minutes.
You can experiment with the content to generate your own taste. And when you prepare for yourselves, it will definitely have joy to eat.
